Our Ministers

Lead Minister-

Sarah Neisen is a graduate of the New Day School of Supernatural Ministry and Co-Founder of Discipleship Training Ministries, SSM. Along with her amazing and patient husband Lee, they seek to teach and encourage believers in their identity in Christ so that the Good News may be preached throughout the world with signs, wonders, and miracles. When she isn’t homeschooling her son you can find her reading, writing, or you may find her playing hooky in the barn with her plethora of chickens, ducks, and cows.

Vice President-

Lee Neisen is also a graduate of NDSSM, he has a heart for ministry to the often marginalized members of the body living in nursing homes, undergoing treatment, or the broken ones, who just can’t see themselves setting foot in a church. When not working his day job as a computer programmer he moonlights as DTMs very own IT specialist.

Ministry Advisors

Betz Erickson is a mom and nana with a passion for “Come Alongside Ministry”. When Betz first became a Christian, she found herself swimming alone with Jesus and her Bible, with no idea what was next, or if there was a next. It was the touch of one woman, a stranger really, introducing herself to Betz and offering to come alongside her…in prayer, in studying the Word, in learning to praise.  This beautiful mentor sowing herself into Betz’ life not only helped her to grow her faith, but began bringing every aspect of her life and heart into alignment with God’s character.

Her heart for discipleship is rooted in two key scriptures that speak to a renewed heart and mind, and our responsibility in seeing it realized in the lives of others. Romans 12:2 TPT, Luke 4:18-19  TPT

Kelly Frietag– Treasurer

To know Kelly is to love her. Her heart for restoration of the broken and healing of emotional hurt drives her daily to encourage everyone she meets. By day Kelly is an associate pastor of New Day Church and coordinator of The Well Youth Center. After falling away from the church because of hurt and offense she found herself angry at God and bitter toward Christians. But God.

In this place, she found no matter how far or how fast we run, God is always waiting with arms open wide. After giving her life to Jesus in her mid twenties a radical change took place. A fire for the Holy Spirit and preaching took hold in her heart. She has joined DTM as treasurer and advisor helping to further the ministry to those who need healing from their past.
